Day Has Come To Get Something Done...
I talked to a prosecutor in Lugansk about getting people arrested.
He told me that he could not do anything. Victims needed to file a
complaint with the Consular at the US Embassy in Kiev. (Or your
country's embassy in Kiev.) That person would forward the case to him.

So, I sent an email to the Consular at the US Embassy in Kiev. He ignored my letter.
What do I say to that? I say, FUCK HIM!!!!!
I want each and EVERY guy who has EVER been scammed by a fake agency in
Ukraine, scam agency in Ukraine, manager in Ukraine or girl in Ukraine to send their complaint to this ASSHOLE.
I want him to receive TONS
of emails every day. So much mail that he goes insane and is forced to
do something about these criminals.
Here is the info you should send.
Girl's
name.
Manager's name. (If there was a fake agency involved.) (Usually more
important than the girl's name.)
The money letter or fake agency letter.
Photos used.
Proof that money was sent. (If you have it.)
Now, if you send a letter
with the subject of 'scammer' or something like that, he might start
deleting them. So, (this is important), put something like "visa
question" or "Enquiry" or something with the word visa in it. he will
be forced to open it.
After a few months of getting complaints, maybe something will happen.
