Why is "Kiev Connections" (kievconnections.com)
on my site?
The agency is run
honestly by an American named Brett Ousley.
Some people think I favour
US based agencies, but this is not true.
I prefer to recommend a
small, local agency run by a Russian or Ukrainian whose existence is
dependent on the agency.
But it is hard to find one
worthy of the Gold List.
