Why
is "Cindy Agency" (cindyagency.com) on my Grey List?
So much stress because of
ONE agency.
There are LOTS of guys
really unhappy with this agency.
There are many reports of
odd happenings at this agency.
There are MANY happy clients
from this agency. Many guys like the agency.
They went from the Black
List, to the White List, then off the lists completely.
So, they are back on the
Grey List for a few reasons.
They have an apparent
affiliation with anastasiaweb. A MAJOR reason to avoid any agency.
They have some affiliation
with army-of-brides.com. A MAJOR reason to avoid any agency.
(This is the reason I have added them to the Black List. They have
links all over each other's sites.)
I have one report that says they do NOT adhere to the IMBRA for US citizens.
Another report says that they deliver gifts immediately, even if you ask to wait for a holiday.
Use them at your caution and
send me any reports you have concerning this agency.
UPDATE:
The owner is not happy that I see his agency as being bad. I have a
report from a guy that went to Urkaine and used this agency. He had to
admit that they were on the up-and-up and he was happy with their
service. He stated that they might be perceived as an unreputable
agency because of their business practices. But he only had good things
to say about them and their service.
SO...I am going to leave
them on the Grey
List, but I am going to tell guys to go ahead and use the agency. If
anything strange happens, tell me and we can talk to the agency
together. The owner seems to be trying hard, so I have to give him
points for that.
UPDATE -
DEC '07 - It just never ends. It amazes me how an aegncy
will do unethical things, and after he sees himself listed on my site,
and writes to me and swears that he is legit, he turns around and then
allows his staff (encourages?) to blatantly scam. DAMN DAMN DAMN. A
guys writes to 2 girls at cindyagency.com every day until his trip. He
meets both girls (clicks with one, so he is happy, but a good enough
guy that he tells me his story.). Neither girl knows much about him at
all. He thinks this is strange because they are asking questions about
him that they should already know from his letters. So, then he
discovers that the girls received ONE letter from him a week.
Did you get that? He wrote
them every day but they got one letter a week. He also received a
letter from each girl every day.
Ooooooooooops!!!!!!!!!!!
The staff was writing the
letters and not telling the girls. Fake letters. What a surprise.
So, if this is happening
with one guy, it stands to reason that it is happening with other girls
and guys. Oh, don't worry, the staff tells them men what they want to
hear in the letters from the girls. So, that is OK, right?
NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is called...
SCAMMING!!!!
He paid for 20 letters,
the agency did 2!
What more do I have to do?
What CAN I
do? I list the agencies, they complain, and they continue to
scam.
Stay away from agencies on
my Grey and Black Lists. INCLUDING...

To the owner of
Cindy Agency, if I get one more report of scammking at your agency, or
if I discover you ARE, in fact, partners with anastasiawen.com or
army-of-brides.com you will be moved to the Black List FOREVER.
That is NOT a
threat. It is a fact. Your choice.
